Whether you're on Microsoft or Google, we'll make sure you're on the right licenses (including nonprofit pricing where your church qualifies), your accounts are secure, and nothing depends on one volunteer's password.
A review of your Wi-Fi and livestream connection, with clear recommendations your team or vendor can act on.

A small monthly retainer of $225 covers up to 2 hours a month of questions, a yearly technology review with your staff or finance committee, and a heads-up when Microsoft changes something that affects you. Business hours only; I'm not an emergency help desk.
If you need someone to answer every "my printer won't work" call, I'll help you find a managed IT provider that serves churches and make sure the handoff is smooth.
I've spent most of my IT career serving churches, and I'm a member at a Southern Baptist church in Greenville, where I serve on the finance committee. My day job is in Microsoft cloud technology, so I know Microsoft 365 and Azure well. I started this because many churches run critical systems on one volunteer's goodwill, and the people managing the money don't always know how much risk they're carrying. I work on a project basis, so you get focused help without a long-term contract. I keep things simple, I explain them in plain English, and I'd rather ask good questions than sell you something you don't need.
I serve churches across the Upstate, with on-site visits in Greenville County and nearby.

I offer a small optional check-in retainer, but I'm not an emergency help desk. If you need that, I can help you find a provider that is.
I focus on the network, email, and computer side, and I'm glad to work with your AV team or vendor.

Yes. The Finance & Expense Review covers approvals, expenses, cards, reimbursements, budgets, vendor payments, and month-end reporting. If a spend tool such as Ramp looks useful, I can help you decide whether it fits. I'm not a CPA or an accountant. This is a process and tools review, not accounting, audit, or tax advice. Payment-fraud controls are covered here and in Email protection.
