Who we are

Church Tech Consulting LLC, doing business as Church IT Checkup, is in Greenville, South Carolina. This policy covers churchitcheckup.com.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your church, your email, an optional phone number, and a message. Sending it opens your email program with a note addressed to hello@churchitcheckup.com. The site does not store that form on a server. You can also email that address directly. We do not publish a phone number here. If you include one in your note, it arrives only as part of that email.

Analytics

On churchitcheckup.com we use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic, like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how visitors found the site. It uses cookies. The tag is not loaded on other hostnames. Read How Google uses information from sites. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical data like IP address for security and delivery.

How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, deliver services, and improve the site. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers above or when the law requires.

Church client data

Information we see during a checkup or project is handled under that engagement's written agreement and kept confidential. We never ask for shared passwords.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13.

We may update this page, and the date above will change.
